While we’ve nothing against nudity per se (despite being uptight Brits), it stands to reason that – clothed or not – in our humble opinion, cannabis consumption is the perfect accompaniment to hazy summer days.
Today we’re covering some of the most sublime summertime strains.
Stepping through the door of a honking 25% THC, Animal Face truly lives up to its name. AF sits right at the top of a pretty impressive genetic lineage including OG Kush, Blue Power, and Fire OG – yikes that’s some line(!).
Before now, we’ve covered strain flavours and smells, but now we’re coming at you with a deeper bit of info. Animal Face actually has three dominant terpenes caryophyllene, humulene, and limonene – which explains the fresh piney smell and taste.
Zoap packs sweet, flowery, minty notes that roll over the nose in a perfect symphony of scent. Spelled like soap but with a z, (because why not?) it’s no wonder that what makes this strain so special is how it smells.
For those of you out there enjoying a working day spent in the comfort of a hot, midsummer garden, Zoap is the ideal complement to productivity and creativity – and let’s face it, in this weather, you need all the help you can get.
Lemon OG Haze is a Sativa-dominant cannabis hybrid and in that mix, manages to achieve a rare balance of THC and CBD. Most strains are bred to focus on one or the other but this citrus beaut managed to pack in 14% THC and 2% CBD at the same time – perfect to help you chill on a hot day.
Lemon OG Haze might just be the best strain for the daytime because its high is super uplifting, and if you’re feeling the hard slog of overzealous temperatures this could be the cure for your mood.
Mac 1, The MAC for those who know, is a hella’ pretty strain and unlike its bullet spittin’ cousin, the Mac-11, it isn’t likely to cause you any damage. Quite the contrary, in fact, it’s a smooth smoke that can be enjoyed day or night so no matter where you find yourself in the sunny season Mac 1 is ready to be your companion.
With stunning buds that are almost white and covered with milky trichomes, The MAC is actually very hard to grow. In fact, you have to get clearance from Caps Cut to be able to do so – now that’s an elite-level strain.
